Shipping and Handling

All REHA PARTNER products are shipped ground, FOB Atlanta, Georgia. All shipment charges are the responsibility of the purchaser and will be added to your invoice. The shipment charge is 9% of subtotal with a minimum charge of $10. Delivery to Alaska and Hawaii may require additional delivery charges. For delivery outside the US we bill actual freight.

All our prices are subject to change without prior notice.

Price Quotes
On request, customer service will provide a written quote on products. Written quotes are valid for 60 days from the date of the quote.

Dealer Accounts

We are happy to set up an account for you, but we reserve the right to ask for 2 business references. All orders are subject to credit approval. Payment terms are net 30 days. Overdue invoices are subject to the maximum allowable interest charges. Completed orders will not be shipped, and new orders will not be processed on accounts with outstanding balances over 45 days.

 Payment

You can pay by check, Money Order, or with Visa or MasterCard. Please make checks and money orders payable to REHA PARTNER, including shipping charges and sales tax. You may also charge your order to your REHA PARTNER account.

Product Information

Products and equipment described and illustrated in our brochures or on our homepage are subject to modification from time to time by REHA PARTNER. REHA PARTNER also reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time.
 

Returns and Exchanges

All returns must have a return authorization label on the box and must be shipped prepaid. All returns and exchanges must be in original packaging and received in new and resalable conditions. Custom fabricated products may not be returned. To get a return authorization label and for applicable restocking fees contact our customer service department


Improper Use

REHA PARTNER is not responsible for any product used incorrectly or with the wrong application, or the failure of any person to follow the instructions contained in the owner’s manual. We recommend that positioning products should be used in conjunction with a team of professionals that have been involved with the evaluation of the child.

 

Limited Product Warranty

REHA PARTNER warrants that all products shall be free from manufacturing defects for a period of two years from the date of shipment by REHA PARTNER. The customer must notify REHA PARTNER of any manufactured defect within five days of discovery of the defect. Provided the product is defective, REHA PARTNER’s sole and exclusive obligation shall be, to provide the customer with a replacement part, a replacement product or a refund of the purchase price. In no event shall REHA PARTNER be liable for special, direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages or lost profits by reason of any act or omission or arising out of or in connection with the product or its sale, delivery or assembly, maintenance, operation, performance or use, whether arising in contract or tort.

The warranties referenced in this section are the only warranties made by REHA PARTNER and are expressly in lieu of any other warranties or representations, expressed or implied, including without limitation, any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose all of which are hereby excluded.

 

Damage or Loss

When you receive your order, please check the delivery receipt to make sure you received all packages, and inspect for any damage or loss. If you find any damage or loss, tell the driver to note it on the delivery receipt. You may refuse a damaged shipment or sign for it as damaged, pending further inspection. Report any damage within five days of delivery to REHA PARTNER. An order will be entered at that time to replace the merchandise. Save the carton for inspection or for later re-shipment.
